On the 10th of June we had the first official field day of the PLP2022. We met up at Skala Loutron in the Gulf of Gera to construct two circular, 7m diameter, white HDPE mesh targets that will be deployed during the 2022 acquisition period. The target frames were constructed reusing the HDPE pipes from the PLP2021 targets. A group of about 25 people, including student volunteers and MRSG group members, worked on the construction of the two targets. Next is the deployment of the two targets in our designated deployment area in the Gulf of Gera that will take place on the 15th of June.
