Monday 26/07/2021 was the 9th data acquisition for PLP2021. Data acquisition includes Sentinel 2 multispectral data of the two large area HDPE mesh and wooden targets, along with very high resolution images from a DJI Phantom 4 pro RTK drone, with the accompanying high resolution GPS measurements. Wind speed and direction and turbidity data using a Secchi disk were also acquired. Spectrometer hyperspectral measurements were performed using an Ocean Insight Flame mini spectrometer. Due to windy/wavy conditions, spectrometer measurements were not ideal. The targets hold well and are undamaged, despite the continuing strong winds blowing in the area the past days. Conditions were windy/gusty, with relatively low waves (~0.6-07 m) and no cloud cover over the deployment area.
