Wednesday the 26th of July was the second to last acquisition for this stage of PLP2023. The sea was back at its regular warm temperatures inside the gulf for the season, at almost 28 oC. Wind intensity was low at 3 m/sec blowing from the south. The sky was clear, but the atmosphere was hazy, which could affect the satellite data. The tarps are showing signs of damage and the wooden target frames seem to have taken in water as they are starting to float below the sea surface. One more acquisition to go before the targets are removed.
