On Wednesday 01/06/2021 the MRSG team met up with volunteer students from the Department of Marine Sciences who wish to participate in the PLP 2021. The team presented the previous projects and work, as well as this years project and expected outcomes. The volunteers (15 2nd year students) were briefed on the upcoming field work. The next meeting was scheduled for Friday on the 02/06/2021 to commence on the construction of the large long-term deployment target.
